● What type of golf carts are they? Year?
● How many people do each cart seat?
● What are the conditions of the batteries and tires?
● How long does it take to fully charge each cart?
● Are they already titled and insured?
● Is the insurance set up for commercial use as required by the city/state?
● Has a company already been created for the golf carts? LLC? Name?
● If so, does the company have an EIN? Tax Privlidge License?
● Will there be any restrictions on receiving compensation for rides from
customers? For example: Credit cards? Venmo? CashApp? PayPal? Etc.?
● Do the carts have any locked storage to utilize as security for cash or personal
items?
● What will the rental pricing structure be for drivers?
● Has a ride pricing structure already been established? If so, what is it?
● Where are they stored and charged?
● If a cart’s batteries only last 6 hours and to recharging them takes an extended
amount of time but if it is a busy and long day, like Spring Training days that can
be up to 18 hours long, could one (1) driver switch between the two (2) carts
throughout the day while the other one is charging?
● What are the days and hours or schedules for access?
● If any issues with the carts come up, who would be the main point of contact?
● If any issues come up while driving/working, how will the rental structure reflect
that?
● If weather conditions affect being able to drive/work, how will the rental structure
reflect that?
● Will the rental structure be affected by seasonality? Holidays? Events? Etc.?
● If so, how?
● Do the carts have interior lighting? If so, what color(s)?
● Do the carts have any exterior lighting besides the headlights, brake lights, and
license plate light?
● Is there a stereo or some type of sound system for music?
● Are the carts customized or branded? If so, how?
● Do the carts have advertising opportunities? Cross promotions?
● What kind of advertising is planned for rides on the carts?
● Will there be a website? General number? Business cards?
● Is it planned to partner with bars, restaurants, venues, events, etc.?
